I found ten cartons of shelf stable milk while provisioning in Seattle. We're two or three into them now.
We move to Larsen Hbr today, a rocky patch of kelp infested protection on the edge of Hecate Strait that will cut ten miles off our crossing tomorrow. Some people go straight from this anchorage. Tomorrow is better if the forecasts are accurate, so we might as well work our way over there.
We'll get started at 9am this morning. Only ten miles to go, so we'll use the smoothest part of the day. Until 9 there's oatmeal to eat and a blog post to upload.
